Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.

All arts are made to order. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers.

However, upon reception of your order, in those different cases:

Damage during shipping

Please contact us immediately, and we will send you a replacement.

Wrong product or Size issues

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please send us an email at hello@chitromoy.com to start the return process.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

Note: We allow 7 days after delivery to acknowledge us with an issue.

ভুল পণ্য বা সাইজ সমস্যা

যদি আমরা আপনাকে ভুলবশত ভুল পণ্য অথবা ভুল সাইজের পণ্য সরবরাহ করে থাকি , সেক্ষেত্রে ফেরত পাওয়ার জন্য যোগ্য হতে, আপনার আইটেমটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং আপনি যে অবস্থায় পেয়েছেন সেই অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। এটি অবশ্যই মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।
